Is it possible to have a command button (for macros) in the Customize Quick Access Toolbar which is able to be like a drop-down, and you can select a number of macros within.

Similar to the Insert Shapes command where you can choose something within.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
You could just write a macro that opened up a userform which acted as menu to run all the other macros and assign the "menu" macro to the quick access toolbar

OK thanks, I'm doing this at the moment but was wondering if a drop down type method was available.
Thanks for confirming.

Hi, thanks I did actually use a form with buttons, this is a bit quicker for me than a list box.
It does work and it's not a visual issue, it's just that I find it easier to use the quick access bar .
