Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
try this

Code:
Sub do_it()

Dim rs As Worksheet
Set rs = Worksheets("Sheet2")

r = WorksheetFunction.Match(Range("A8"), rs.Range("A:A"), 0) 'get row
c = WorksheetFunction.Match(Range("B8"), rs.Range("1:1"), 0) 'get column
rs.Cells(r, c) = Range("C8")

End Sub
