MACRO header/footer option to popup

I use a template to create different spreadsheets with different information but use 1 macro to sort this information and do various things.
One thing i have not figured out how to do at the end of my macro is to have the Header/footer option popup. The header always has a different name so. How can i simply get the header box to open at the end of my macro?

You could use this. But the user would then have to select the Header/Footer tab.
