- “New” ; “Under Review” ; “In Progress ( Solution Design)” are fixed statuses that appear under column “D1: Request Status”</SPAN>

- A cell indicating Total Number of Requests (calculating all the entries of the current month: e.g. February 1-28th </SPAN>) – independent of the status</SPAN>
- A cell indicating Total Number of Requests (in status “New” ; “Under Review” ; “In Progress ( Solution Design)”) </SPAN>
- A cell indicating Total Number of Requests in status “New” which haven’t exceeded 1 business day since “Request Entered Date” (and to appear highlighted in Green</SPAN>)</SPAN>
- A cell indicating Total Number of Requests in status “New” which exceeded 1 business day since “Request Entered Date” (and to appear highlighted in Red</SPAN>)</SPAN>
- A cell indicating Total Number of Requests which haven’t exceeded 9 business day since “Request Entered Date” (and to appear highlighted in Green</SPAN>)</SPAN>
- A cell indicating Total Number of Requests which exceeded 9 business day since “Request Entered” (and to appear highlighted in Red</SPAN>)</SPAN>
