I see that you can go into the Macro section of an event and select "Refresh", but if you go to the Ribbon it has a selection choice of Refresh and Refresh All.

Why isn't there a Refresh All choice in the Macro's?

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Not sure but I think the refresh all command (Ribbon) is the same as the Requery event (VBA/Macro).
