MACRO for importing TEXT file from location

i want a macro which will import the TEXT file from specific(fixed) location irrespective of file name means whatever would be the file name it should import the file from that location

BUT i want a macro which will show all Text files in only 1 folder

e.g. C\import files\ and in that folder if there are more then one files macro should ask which file to import

What if text file is pipe delimited and not tab delimited is there any way by which it will ask the delimiter.
