Macro for Date Updated

I have a spreadsheet that I have exported from SharePoint. When I update the data from SharePoint, it updates a Pivot Table and graph. When I click data refresh or even better, when I click on a button that I create, I want the data to refresh and the date that the spreadsheet is updated to be added to a cell. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
