Macro for auto sending a work book a week before a date in range

Hi
I am in need of some expertise i'm trying to create a Macro that will be activated by the window scheduler,
What i am after is a macro that a week before a date is reached it sends an email in Outlook to one fixed recipient with the workbook attached
the dates sit in column F and there are approximately 20 dates and i need it to happen a week before any date in this range is reached with the corresponding cell /trigger date highlighted

Does anyone have something like this? or Can anyone help?

Sorry if not clear its a macro within Execl that will activate when the scheduler runs
