Macro for adding "target value" to graph

Hey guys,

I have created a graph based on dynamic values in my excel spreadsheet. The graph is a horizontal clustered bar graph. The chart will graph percentanges.

I am now trying to create a macro to add a "target value" onto my graph but am not having much luck. To be more specific, the target value will be 80% for each point in the graph.


If anyone knows how I can do this I would be very grateful and appreciative. Thank you.

PS. Here is a rough example of what I mean by a "target value".
