Macro enabled repeat copy & 2 type of paste for selected ranges

dear experts and Guru,
i need to create two macro buttons for copy and 2 types of pasting for 2 different selected ranges.further problem explanation is described in the excel workbook.please click the link below to download the workbook.thanks in advance.

in workbook i have hided the ranges A6:A31
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
