I am creating a workbook for six managers. Every time a manager passes a training course, they receive 2 points. Supposed John Smith has 4 points in cell B3 and he passes another training course, I need to add a 2 to his existing total, giving him 6. Also, if he missed a course, we subtract 1 point from his score. How do I do this?
