Macor pulling datta from a 1 work book and inserting it in another

I need a macro to pull info from a master work book and insert it in a sperate work book that already contains data.
But if that data already exsists in the sperate work book i dont want that info to be pulled and inserted, only the info the seprate work book does not contain. So in a way i want to control what data is being pulled over.
