maco run all mail box rules

Hello all

Below is some code that runs all my rules in outlook and works very well

Is there a way to not activate the rule on emails that are Red Flagged "Follow ups" as I don't want to lose sight of these.

The issue I have is the rules drop all my emails into my hard drive email folders to save email space
