Can someone please help with creating a conditional column that shows if date in column 1 = year to date last year then true?

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Never mind I got it!

Note to future self for when I forget:

=if Date.Year([MyDate]) = Date.Year(Date.AddYears(Date.From(DateTime.LocalNow()), -1)) and [MyDate] <= Date.AddYears(Date.From(DateTime.LocalNow()), -1) then true else false
