lower case spreadsheet formula

In responce to a thread, I entered a spreadsheet formula in upper case, the board software turned it lower case.

Is there a control that I can change to keep my capitalization the way I want it.

I'm rather sure of 2 things.
1. you have no control over this
2. using CODEtags will avoid most of the problems

I'm guessing it is designed to keep my resultant SHOUTING inaudible to the rest of the board.

Yes,
I did a test: in preview you can see that all caps are replaced by lower cases. It's to avoid shouting.

Just a suggestion for admins: I know smozgur is reading this.
To my sense a warning should be shown, when the original layout is changed by the forum software, be it caps to lower case or adding a space or something else. This would allow the user to check if his post is still OK after the changes, for example when a space is added in the middle of a formula...
