Lotus database to MS Access?? :o

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me. I am exporting data from a lotus database to populate a microsoft access database. But I want to be able to update access from the lotus database. IE Update existing records but only certain fields and add new records. When importing into Lotus it gives the option of this but when exporting/ importing into access I do not have any options so it loads in the data again into a different table. Any ideas?
