Lost first row

To a helpful excel friend,
I have a sheet that does not show the first row. I tried everything (all I know) to show that row. e.g. Goto A1 will hilight the line beneath A. or set row height to 20. Nothing works.
Do you have a suggestion?

another proposal: Do you have a fixed window in the sheet? Then first unfix the window and do your trials then again.
