May be more of an Office issue than just excel but the techies at work did something on my computer yesterday that has made it where when I try and open a file or save in Excel, I can see the recent files to choose from but the favorites that used to show up do not per below.

Please advise- very annoying and time-consuming.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Are you talking about the "pinned" files? I have had this happen a time or two after an Office update or crash. This data is stored in the Windows Registry, so unless you do regular backups of your Registry, you have to re-create them. In you have techies at work then you probably don't have the privileges on your computer to do this anyway.

Actually upon looking at it further, I found out I was wrong. Nothing has been changed by the techs at work. My files just open differently there as I am connected to several different network drives.

Thanks for taking the time to reply!
