Lost cursor arrow and crosshair

I recently installed ASAP utilities and found that i lost the additional functionality of the "moving arrow" and the "expand cross hair" features on the mouse which i had before. These are features that you get used to ...Did i toggle off some setting somewhere that allows this to be "ON or OFF" or is it that they are lost but i have the other features in ASAP?

Sorry to answer my own question...but if some else has the problem, i hope they will find this answer.

There is a toggle box that was triggered off when i installed added the ASAP adin...to correct TOOLS | OPTIONS | Edit Tab | check box **allowing the drag and drop feature.
