Lost all Userforms and Modules and code

I have just opened up a workbook I've been working on for several weeks now and last saved it about 4 hours ago (been sleeping in the interim).

But on opening the workbook, it seems I have lost all my Userforms, so I'm now getting Path/File error messages.

It seems that all my Modules have gone as well, and all coding on all sheets have gone as well.

I do have a backup copy from about 3 hours earlier than the last save, but the userforms at that point weren't fully developed, so would love to get the latest versions back.

Does anyone know if I have lost them for good or is there a trick to revealing where they are?

Also, is there a way I can prevent this happening again?

Please tell me there is a simple button I've inadvertantly pressed and that there's a simple thing I have to do to reveal all my codes, modules and userforms again.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Have you got this on a server, if so ask the adminstrator for a copy based on a time that you know it was there.
