Loops with random number instead of sequential number.

Hi Experts, will like to know if there is any way that i can do any loop without a fix sequence.

For example:

Sub Test
For x = 1, 3, 4, 5, 11, 19


next x
End Sub

  If x=1 or x=3 or ... then
     main code
  end if
Next

or

ary= array(1,3,4,5,11,19)
For each x in ary
