looping various ranges

hello all,

I'm trying to loop a series of ranges, however I don't seem to be getting results trying different online solutions, a nudge in the correct direction would be greatly appreciated.
My ranges are: C6:L23,C25:L42,C43:L61,C63:L80,C82:L109,C111:L124

Basically, I am trying to apply my code to each range in turn until it is all done. (which in this case is apply all borders, and a background color)
