Why doesn't Excel create a new formula that allows some simple programming language logics like LOOPS, FORLOOPS.
i.e =LOOP()

Loops like they might need to upgrade to use that, as it appears LAMBDA is accessible in Excel 365, but not Excel 2021.

You are right. The other option would be creating a UDF in VBA and calling it from the cell to accomplish what you want to do.
