Loop throughs rows and make value and sum

Hello people,

I have got a excel document that looks like this see below:

I need a function that check first after how many reps the number in the column A , in this case example: 34234 = 12 reps.
then when it finds in Column J the value "IND" = 4 select the cell in same row but column "AB" value 88
take 88 / 4 = 22
make a string of the value


the function need to do the same thing with all repetitions in the whole sheet


Could someone help me ?
