Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Hi,

Assuming your sheet1 contains only line shapes, below is the code to display shape name and x and y coordinate in Sheet2:

VBA Code:
Sub shapeCoordinates()
    Dim shapecount As Integer
    For shapecount = 1 To Sheets("Sheet1").Shapes.Count
        Sheets("Sheet2").Cells(shapecount, 1) = Sheets("Sheet1").Shapes(shapecount).Name
        Sheets("Sheet2").Cells(shapecount, 2) = Sheets("Sheet1").Shapes(shapecount).Left
        Sheets("Sheet2").Cells(shapecount, 3) = Sheets("Sheet1").Shapes(shapecount).Top
    Next
End Sub
