Loop through all subfolders and the excel files in them

Hello,

I have a main folder called "Reconciliation". Under this folder, I have subfolders for each year. i.e. 2016,2017,2018. Under each year, I have several subfolders with different names and excel files in each subfolder. Is there a way to have a code that opens folder 2016, then loop through each subfolder and open all excel files in it?
