Loop for Changing Link Sources of Excel Embedded Objects in PowerPoint 2013

Hello,

I have a Power Point file with 39 (and counting) linked Excel objects (graphs), which I am in the process of compiling them in just one Excel file (currently there are in different Excel files). The layout of the PowerPoint changes from month to month as management needs change. My computer processor is slow, so it is giving me problems with Excel all the time and just will not save the files. So I have to copy paste the tabs into a new Excel file and change the name, which causes the link to Power Point to be lost even before I can finish updating my graphs. This means that I have to go an manually change the source of the link for each of the 39 graphs. How can a macro be created so that the Change the source repetitive task be completed after the Power Point is opened?

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
