Hi there

I have 3 fields in a table, displayed on a form as combo boxes, each with lookup values entered. The problem is that I only want particular lookup values to display based on the value that was selected in the previous combo box.

Is there an easy way of doing this?

Thanks in advance!

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
The best way is to base the comboboxes on queries then you can use the selection of the first Combo as the criteria for the second query etc.
You will need to add a requery command to the after update events of the comboboxes to keep them up-to-date when a selection is made.
