Lookup value within several ranges and return cell contents

Hi,

I'm really not sure how to explain this, but I'll try my best.

Basically, I want to put a value in cell B14 and it lookup within cells A1:D10 and return the corresponding "Grade" based on that value.
I think I need a nested if statement but have no idea how to go about this.

Whilst a lot of functions work on both systems not all of them do.
