Hi,

im trying to list/extract all the text from Z16:Z116 when another columns date falls between a start and end date.

Z16:Z116 = text to extract
AV16:AV116 = contains date
A1 = start date
C1 = end date

is this possible?, I've tried Lookup & Index formula I have found on forums without success.

thanks for the advice.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
How about
=IFERROR(INDEX($Z$16:$Z$116,AGGREGATE(15,6,(ROW($Z$16:$Z$116)-ROW($Z$16)+1)/(($AV$16:$AV$116>=$A$1)*($AV$16:$AV$116<=$C$1)),ROWS(A$2:A2))),"")

change the part in red to reference the first cell the formula is in
