Lookup partial match and return value.

Hi there, New to Excel & VBA and i want to write a formula to bring Category & Subcategory from Table 2 to Table by partial lookup.
Simple vlookup with approximate match doesnt work and hence need to write something extra which i'm not sure of.
A simple formula or a VBA code is ok with me.
Really appreciate if someone can help on this code please. Many many thanks.

Don't know how to change the last message but you have to delete the comma in 1,000. So it's just 1000
