this may be harder then the last issues i have had, i hope i can explain it well enough for some to understand and help. here it goes i created another sheet with my table array Height across the top in row 2 columns B-AO and value 1 is in row 3 column A and all the associated values between them. A1 and A2 are merged cells with text in it explaining what column A is.

J3-I3=Value 1, i need value 1 and height (F3) to give its information from the array table to L3 on the original sheet.

im guessing it is going to be a lookup but i do not know which one and how to make it work. any help would be appreciated.

thank you
