Lookup Data Then Fill Mark "V" or "-"

hi all..

i have data layout like this:

Name	Dropdown list (given)	Good	Enough	Bad
Anna	Enough	-	v	-
Victor	Bad	-	-	v
Ika	Good	v	-	-
Jannah	Good	v	-	-
Melly	Bad	-	-	v

my target in cell E2 till G6 with fill mark V or - based on same name criteria Good, Enough, Bad
i hope someone would help me out.
in this case, please, use Excel 2010 or 2013 formula , don't use excel 2021/365
