How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

You need to lock H11.
Rich (BB code):
=IF(INDEX(IF($H$11=$H$1,$H$4:$J$8,$K$4:$M$8),MATCH($G14,$G$4:$G$8,0),MATCH($H$12,$H$3:$J$3,0))=H$13,"V","-")
