lookup a value in a range

I have 2 years racing results and want to calculate a new "poundage" rating using Furs(I2) and Going(G2)from my table.

I have produced the range below.

is it possible to use the distance Furs in F2(Not exact match), and the going in G2 to find the resulting poundage for the appropiate going in the table, to appear in a new cell?
