Looking up multiple rows on another sheet and copying data

Hello,

I've come to a problem that I have really not even an inkling of how to solve (normally I will spectacularly fail multiple times before searching for answers).
In Cells D8:K8 I need to have data copied to that range. Somewhere between row 23:110 There will be that data in columns D:K. Any row that has a value of "NO" in the D column will need D:K copied onto D8:K8.
There are likely to be multiple rows that have "NO" and so I have five rows (8:13) that need the same formula but I need to make sure it does not repeat the same row when copying and need to make sure that if at all possible that my five rows are copied sequentially. (Does that make sense? - Basically if the five "NO" values are in rows 87, 92, 95, 102, 105, then each would get copied in that order going down the list.)

One other detail. I really only need the five lines copied in once per day (in the am) During the day, there will likely be many rows in D column that return a "NO" value so I don't know what would be the best way to make this work. I was hoping a formula, but I'm not sure how to make that only evaluate at a certain time or on demand.

Ok, Hopefully this makes complete sense to someone. Feel free to ask some followup questions if I'm not being very clear.

Any and all guidance on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
