Looking to fill two containers while making months on hand for all 3 products match, even though they don't now.

5/1/24, months of hand aren't even, 8.9, 4.6, 4.8. I can load 2 containers of widgets, with a max qty of units of 9,600,000. I need my months of inventory to be equal in 6/1/24. What formula do I use based on monthly avg, to fill the containers, yet not exceed 9,600,000 so that in 6/1, months is equal across all 3 SKUs. I'm looking for a formula or function to achieve this.
