While it is simple formula that I could just copy down, but I am interested in user-defined formulas so how would a UDF be written for this?

=f10&""&e10

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
How about
Code:
Function alex(C1 As Range, C2 As Range, Optional Delim As String = "") As String
   alex = C2 & Delim & C1
End Function
and used like
=alex(E10,F10)
or to use a different delimiter
=alex(E10,F10,", ")
