Hello All - I am a student taking an excel course and am working on how to better manipulate spreadsheets. To that end, I am creating this post hoping to source advanced short cuts and/ or hotkeys that are not common or well known that you may have found useful in working with excel. Any input is appreciated, thanks!

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
nvcseth Well to start just google ms excel shortcuts and there is lots of web sights with good information. The real kicker is trying to remember the shortcuts or hotkeys. There is just too many of them. Like if you select say forty continues cells in a column. Ctrl + . will take you from the bottom to the top or top to bottom. What I would suggest is, practice selecting cells and maneuvering around keeping the cells selected. I have a print out of the shortcuts and hotkeys. What I have noticed is, I wind up remembering the ones I use most often.
