Look for a value and copy everything after that and paste in separate sheet.

I need to find the last lot# in Column C of sheet1 and look up for that lot# in Column D of sheet2. Append all the corresponding rows and entries below of that last lot# into sheet1.

So far no luck. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you
