I am wondering if there is a unique ID similar to EntryID which remains unchanged with an email item regardless of if its moved to another folder. Does this exist?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
So I could not find a outlook solution for this but for anyone looking here is the correct schema to get the message-id which is a property to a email and is unique. It should stay constant regardless of if you move the email. THe next part is trying to figure out a vba method to search outlook mailboxes by this id:

Code:
msg.PropertyAccessor.GetProperty("http://schemas.microsoft.com/mapi/proptag/0x007D001F")
