Login Via Excel Login Credentials

Hi there i have created a registeration form for new users who has no login credentials.
The problem is that how can create a formula that the user i registered matches the credentials on the cell reference?

How you getting on with your question? Have you created your check that the user is on the list and is using the correct password.

As for new users I would build a form requesting access where they provide there details and reason for asking for access and then this should send an email to an administrator/owner of the workbook to authorise access. Then the administrator/owner can add them to the access list and send confirmation with there access details.
