I have been using LockXLS to secure my spreadsheets for many years but now they appear to have disappeared. Their website is still active but numerous emails have gone undelivered and unanswered. The program has not been updated to support Office 2016 and this is a growing concern. Does anyone know if they are still operating?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Thanks, I'll try that one. I have been using support@lockxls.com for years without any problems but a few months ago I stopped getting any response.
I have just received a delivery receipt and that is more progress than I have had for a long time.
Have a great weekend.

This problem is back again, I can't make contact with LockXLS. I don't even get delivery receipts from my emails to the addresses above.
LockXLS a become increasingly unreliable, probably due to Windows updates. Has anyone heard from them recently.

My last contact with Alex from Spreadsheet Tools was in March 2021. Several emails since then have gone unanswered. I suspect they are based in Ukraine which may be part of the problem. Has anyone heard anything since then?

Yes, I have used there contact form as well as their support email address. I have had numerous email conversations with Alex from Spreadsheet Tools and I generally get a response. Recent emails have all gone unanswered.
