Can anyone tell me how i can lock my columns and rows so noone can change their width? When i give protect sheet and check all the boxes it still allows me to change the width it only stops me from entering data.

Also is there a way to stop the message that the sheet is locked pop-up every time you click on a cell and enter something?

When you protect the sheet make sure that Format Columns is unchecked.
