I have a spreadsheet with a program I made and I would like to send it to a client. BUT I would like the client to not be able to send of the templet of the program to other companies that I will be selling to. Do that make since. I want this client to be able to edit and be able to save for their personal use, but I don't want the program i have created to be given to other clients from this one. Maybe something to do with locking it with a password. I have no idea.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Maybe what I am trying to do is get a one time lock for the computer. Where if they open it and I enter the password one time the program will work forever on that computer without needing a password again, but if it is tried to open on another computer it prompts the user for a password
