Hi folks,
I'm having some trouble finding info and a friend said this was a good source.I'm running an older W2k-srvc.pack5 in an HP Pavillion xt963.My C drive is "locked" and I don't know how to unlock it.I am an administrator.

Related I believe,is another issue I cannot get a round. When I access system files/prog.s and attempt to open their proerties,MMC instantly displays an error message and shuts it down (nothing more than that it has encountered an error and must shut down).
I cannot change anything in the "Root"or change any permissions because of this in order to make Group policy,etc.changes.
I would really appreciate any assistance that anyone would be willing to throw my way on this.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Try Googling this: how to unlock hard drive in Windows XP
