Lock rows and columns

Hello, I need a little bit of help. I have a spreadsheet with 20 tabs saved to MS Teams and shared with 70 agents. Looking to prevent rows and columns from being hidden and unhidden also prevent filtering while allowing each person to copy from the spreadsheet. No VBA (teams won't allow it) I password protected spreadsheet but this prevents copying.

Any help would be grateful.

From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
