Is there a way to lock the return value of a formula. I need my vlookup formula to return the value and leave it unchanged because the data range vlookup is pulling from will be deleted on a daily basis.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello,

If you are doing it manually ... copy paste values ...

Hope this will help

You need to copy the value returned into a hard-coded value (overwriting the formula with the value it returns).
You can manually use Copy -> Paste Special -> Values to do that, or we can use VBA to do it.
If you want to use VBA, we need to know when you want this update to happen. Do you want to kick off the code yourself, or have it happen automatically based on some event happening?
