Lock Design View

Is there a way to lock the design view so that some else can't change the design of the database but still be able to add information to it? Thanks

You can convert the database to a MDE file - this locks everything.
You'll have to work with the data from forms built into the mdb.

Make sure you save the original mdb in a safe backup location in case you need to make changes. (you will need to change the backup/original and then re-convert it to a MDE)

Yep, MDE is the way to go. But check this post http://www.mrexcel.com/board2/viewtopic.php?t=89032 if you use Access XP. It might save you some hassles.
