Lock Access Form To Front/ TopMost

I have the following script which locks and excel userform to the screen like a sticky note, so that it is visible constantly.
Can someone provide a similar script for an Access form, I have tried changing the names etc... to reflect access but it doesn't work.

I found the answer for non windows 7 access.
